  • Supervised/Monitored

    • Supervised visitation refers to contact between a non-custodial parent and one or more children in the presence of a third person responsible for observing and seeking to ensure the safety of those involved.
  • Unsupervised

    • Unsupervised visitation refers to contact between a non-custodial parent and one or more children where the presence of a third person is not required for observation and safety of those involved.  When visits in a public place are ordered by court, visitation can take place on the Family Bridge grounds  or in the Family Gathering Room. Family Bridge also offers visitation support for non-court involved families who seek a neutral place for visits.
  • Exchange Supervision

Neutral drop off/pick up sites for child visitation – A mutual safe site is provided for one parent to bring the child to deliver to the other parent. This is set up so that there is no contact between the parents and to allow the transfer of children from one family member to another, so that visitation can occur in a timely, non-hostile manner. All exchanges occur inside our facilities. Both parents or their designee are separated at the time of exchange unless both parties sign that they waive the right to separation. The child(ren) then are brought from the room where they were with the “drop-off” parent to the room where the “pick-up” parent awaits. There is a mandatory minimum 5 minute delay between the exits of each party, unless both parties sign that they waive the right to a delayed exit. The cost of exchange is $30 per exchange .
